Our Story

Founded in 2020 by Drew Scott Glover, DSG Consulting emerged from a deep commitment to conscious leadership, social impact, and sustainable organizational growth. What started as a contract to restructure and revitalize a nonprofit in Selma, Alabama, evolved into a holistic consultancy serving grassroots movements, BIPOC-led organizations, and mission-driven enterprises across the country.

Through strategic planning, fundraising expertise, and leadership coaching, we empower organizations to not only achieve their goals but to do so with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
